1. Collected information
1.1. Registration
In order to use the Nodily™ services, you must register as a member. To register, you must provide us with :

-Telephone number
-Preferred language
-Password
If you do not provide us with that information, you will not be able to use our services. If the user should use to unsuscribe, his information will not be retained by Nodily and will be erased from its system.
1.2. Profile information
For users to enjoy a fully effective service from Nodily, we encourage them to share additional information, either at registration or later in the "My Profile" section. Optional information may include specifics such as age group, position, company name, industry and address. This information will be used to fine-tune meeting requests and make sure users match with other members sharing similar professional interests. This information is not mandatory and can be erased by the user at any time. Nodily will not retain such information if the user should choose to erase it.
1.3. Cookies and Log files
Nodily™, like most websites, uses data collection devices such as "cookies" and web log files to track website use and facilitate member's navigation. Cookies enables Nodily™ to recognize members when they return to our website using the same computer and browser. Users must allow the use of cookies to access Nodily™services. We use cookies to personalize users experience and save them time by, for instance, offering them the possibility not to have to rewrite their password at every visit. However, a password will be required to modify any personal information.
When users visit nodily.com, we automatically obtain the URL of the website that lead them to our website. When they leave the website, we automatically receive the URL of the website they go to. We also receive the IP address of the computer or proxy server users used to access the website, as well as information about users operating system, browser and computer ISP name. The only purpose regarding the collection of this information is a better understanding of user behavior to allow us to improve our services. However, none of this information is linked to individual users.
1.4. Communication
Nodily™ uses email and messaging to communicate with its members. Upon registration, they will receive a welcome email.
Whenever users schedule meetings with Nodily, they will receive a meeting confirmation by email. We will also send a meeting reminder before the meeting starts, either by email or messaging depending on users personnal settings.
Users may receive additional emails regarding the operation of their membership and account, as well as any change to the Nodily™ services.
2. Information sharing
2.1. Sharing with outsiders
Nodily™ will not share personally identifiable information with outsiders for any marketing purposes. However, we may be asked to share some information with our Online Payment partners for the purpose of paying meeting fees, should users choose this option, for example. These partners are bound to Nodily™ by strict confidentiality agreements and they will not retain, share, or store any personally identifiable information except to provide their services.
2.2. Sharing with other members
The main purpose of Nodily™ is to arrange meetings between its members. Therefore, certain information, such as names, email addresses and mobile numbers will be exchanged between members who have agreed to a meeting. Other optional information, such as industry and position will only be shared if the user chooses to disclose this information.
2.3. Sharing for legal purposes
We may disclose personally identifiable information if it is required by law or demanded by a judicial institution.
3. Access and modification of your information
All the personally identifiable information we store about users is accessible through their "My Profile" section functionality. Users can correct, modify, update or erase their information. Users can unsuscribe at any time. If users should choose to do so, all personally identifiable information about them will be removed from our database.
4. Security
For a user to access and modify his private information, he will be required to enter his password.
